6. An institution referred to in section 3 of the Act that applies for a licence to operate a centre for assisted procreation must hold a permit issued under the Act respecting health services and social services (chapter S-4.2) or the Act respecting health services and social services for Cree Native persons (chapter S-5) and provide a resolution from its board of directors authorizing the filing of a licence application.
